Based in his native hometown, New Orleans, Michael J. Clément’s design studio specializes in ceramic, hand crafted lamps and distinctively finished interior accessories. Each piece is designed and created by Clément and reflects his aesthetic of both classical and traditional forms, along with custom finishes that evoke the veneer of New Orleans. 

Clement’s talents and interests are diverse. By trade, Clement is a landscape designer and finish carpenter; he received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Clément’s art primarily focuses on the rich cultural treasures of the deep south. 

Designing for over 10 years, Clément’s collection of decorative arts are clearly inspired by the climate and culture of New Orleans – representative of a patina of time.
